Why do you require a styling fee? Is it refundable?
As of June 2021, we require a $50 styling fee to reserve your appointment for up to 75 minutes. This ensures you and your guests have your own private suite and trained consultant to style and guide you to finding 'the one'. This fee will then be credited towards your gown purchase made within the same day as your scheduled appointment. This fee will be refunded if you need to reschedule as long as you notify at least 48 hours in advance.

How early should I buy my wedding gown?
The gowns we carry are all cut-to-order, meaning that the fabric isn't cut until an order is placed. A great time to start looking for your gown is 9-12 months before your wedding. Gowns generally take anywhere from 5-7 months from order to arrival at the store. Rush orders may be placed with additional fees. Of course, if you would like to purchase a gown off the rack, this is also a possibility for those short on time.
What is a trunk show?
At a trunk show a designer will bring his or her current collection in entirety for you to see and try on. Normally we carry only a carefully chosen selection of a designers line, but during a trunk show, often the whole current season and/or "The Best Of" is available. Appointments are required.
What about alterations?
We are happy to refer you to a professional seamstresses with extensive experience altering wedding gowns. You will most likely need at least three fittings. The cost is determined by the seamstress, evaluated on a case by case basis, and is not included in the gown purchase price. March through September are very busy, so please leave at least 10-12 weeks for alterations.
Do you have parking?
There is usually ample street parking available and also public parking lots (Lot 4 and Castle Noel) down the street and just a short walk from us.
