Frequently Asked Questions

We have a full collection of designer bridal gowns. We carry veils and accessories as well. We do not carry prom dresses, mother of gowns, shoes, or provide tuxedo rentals.

We require that you make an appointment so that a dressing room is ensured as well as the full attention of our sales consultant.

Our bridal gowns range from $1599 to $4900, with most falling between $2300 to $3800.

 

We require full payment on any order that is placed with us. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

We require a $50 styling fee at booking, when you find your dress with us on the day of your appointment or up to two weeks from your first visit with us, it is refunded to you.

Our clients get their own private suites while shopping. These rooms comfortably fit up to 4 guests plus the bride and consultant. Please keep the guest count to no more than 4 people when visiting us for your bridal appointment.

The gowns we carry are all cut-to-order, meaning that the fabric isn't cut until an order is placed. A great time to start looking for your gown is 9-12 months before your wedding. Gowns generally take anywhere from 5-7 months from order to arrival at the store. Rush orders may be placed with additional fees.

Please bring an open mind to try on many different looks, especially if this is your first bridal shopping experience. We require undergarments to be worn. We welcome you to bring your own shoes, and we do have platforms for you to stand on as well for height.

For the safety of our inventory, we do not allow outside food and drink to be brought into the boutique. We cannot allow the consumption of alcohol in our boutique due to Insurance obligations and not having a Liquor license. We offer coffee and water at all times and on special occasions we do have sweet treats in the store to share.

We are happy to refer you to a professional seamstresses with extensive experience altering wedding gowns. You will most likely need at least three fittings. The cost is determined by the seamstress, evaluated on a case by case basis, and is not included in the gown purchase price. March through September are very busy, so please leave at least 10-12 weeks for alterations.

We have our own standalone building with an attached private parking lot.

At a trunk show a designer will bring his or her current collection in entirety for you to see and try on. Normally we carry only a carefully chosen selection of a designers line, but during a trunk show, often the whole current season and/or "The Best Of" is available. Appointments are required.
