The Dress Bridal Boutique was founded by local bridal expert Sara Recker with one goal in mind, "I wanted to bring something to Northeast Ohio that the bridal scene had not yet experienced." The Dress opened in April 2010, bringing a fresh, vibrant, and contemporary shopping experience to the historic town of Medina, Ohio. We want you to walk in the door, feel welcome, and fall in love with your dress. Our staff will provide you with the highest level of customer care and an extensive knowledge of the latest trends in the bridal industry. We welcome you to bring a few close friends, update your Pinterest board, and shop for the perfect wedding gown. Our staff members have an extensive knowledge of our full collection and the current trends in bridal fashion and are ready to dress you for your big day.
We are a closed inventory boutique. We do not allow the general public to view the gowns. Please contact us to book an appointment (required).

Sara
Sara is the Owner of The Dress Bridal Boutique. She started the shop in the small town of Medina, Ohio, over 14 years ago in an 1100-square-foot space. She celebrated her 14-year anniversary with her wonderful husband this past October, and they have four beautiful children together.
Sara can be found running around the shop cleaning, working on the computer and checking in on bridal appointments. She is a lover of coffee, red wine and a dirty martini. Sara is a huge fan of almost all of her bridal designers, but she is a big fan and lover of Martina Liana Bridal.
Sara continues to love and grow her business and make fun and positive changes to the boutique for her clients to enjoy!
Laine
Laine is our Manager here at The Dress Bridal Boutique. She is a mother of two little gals and a Military Wife. She has an awesome southern accent that we adore and brings so much energy and passion to the boutique. She has been with us for over 12 years and continues to help the boutique grow and flourish.
She can be found working hard behind the computer keeping everything on track or in one of our bridal suites helping a bride find her dream dress.
She is a lover of sweet tea and her Mimi’s banana pudding. Laine's favorite designer at the boutique is Martina Liana, a line with beautiful design and the ability to customize.
Brittney
Brittney is our Lead Stylist here at The Dress Bridal Boutique. Brittney has two little ladies and a loving Husband at home and is a farm girl at heart.
She has been with us at the boutique for over 12 years. She bought her wedding dress from us when she married her husband over 10 years ago. You can find Brittney around the boutique radiating joy. She is so much fun to work with, and brides adore her!
Her favorite designer is Mikaella Bridal for their simplicity and timeless look. You can find Brittney around the shop with a Diet Dr. Pepper in hand and a welcoming smile, ready to help brides' dreams come true.
Carli
Carli is our Buyer and Stylist extraordinaire! Carli came to us as an intern and has since made her mark on the boutique and our brides over the almost seven years with us. She is our numbers gal and always makes sure we have the most current and fabulous dresses to show our clients.
Carli is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have a beautiful baby girl at home. Carli looked amazing in both a Mikaella gown and Paloma Blanca gown for her big day. She is for sure a lover of both these lines and is excited to show them to her brides.
You can find Carli around the shop with a cup of coffee and the laptop, making sure all is always up to date and organized and caffeinated.
Meghan
Meghan is another one of the wonderful Stylists. You can find her with a super bubbly personality running around the boutique.
She has worked with us for nearly five years and does such a wonderful job. She is married and has a four legged pup and a sweet little girl at home! Meghan relates so well to her brides and literally jumps and screams for joy when they find the one!
Meghan loves all of the gowns in the boutique as well, but she loves the unique features of our Willowby by Watters line.
Kary
Kary is one of our wonderful Stylists here at The Dress. She has been with us for over three years and we love having her around. Kary was a bride of ours years ago, and we love having her here on the other side helping brides find their dress. She is always smiling and a great gal to chat with and get to know.
She is a great personality to be around and works so hard to give her brides that wonderful The Dress experience. She has two beautiful daughters and a couple of fur babies too.
Kary really loves to pull anything her brides desire, but loves a good Essense of Australia gown for her brides the most.
Cassie
Cassie is a Stylist here at The Dress Bridal Boutique. She is a mother of three little ones and a wife to Stefan. She can be found around the shop checking out all the Brides with the biggest smile on her face. Cassie was our very first employee when we opened over 14 years ago. After some family moves she is back here with us, doing her thing! You can find her bubbly personality always out and excited to help her brides.
She is a lover of a good cup of coffee and a glass of Red wine. Cassie's favorite designer at the boutique is Mikaella Bridal, the designer she wore when she got married!
Lauren
Lauren is a Stylist here at The Dress Bridal Boutique. She is the mother to her four-legged fur baby Lofton. She can be found around the shop having tons of fun with her Brides and getting to know them. Lauren is such a wonderful personality to be around, always has a story to share and a smile on her face.
She is a lover of being outdoors and doing fun things with her Lofton. Lauren's favorite designer at the boutique is of course Essense of Australia, she loves the variety and options it brings to our Brides.
