We get Brides asking us questions all the time and we are here for it!  We love to answer questions, clear anything up for you or help simplify something for you as well.  We are super proud to have a FAQ (Facts and Questions) Section on our website.  These have been Questions we have collected over years from brides.  As there are so many more than just these, these are the ones we find are the most frequent.  We are doing this as a series, as our FAQ has a lot of information to offer.  So these are just a few of those we share on our website.  

 


Do we offer Payment plans?


We do not offer Payment plans, we are a Pay in Full Boutique with time of purchase.  Unfortunately due to some unfortunate encounters during Covid, we made this transition to Pay In Full over five years ago and haven’t looked back.  Brides are welcome to pay in any form of payment and divide it if needed as well.  Some on one card, some on another.  Cash and check, however it works for you.  We have had Brides tell us how awesome it really is because when the gown comes in it is already paid for.  The gown purchase is out of their budget and not having to worry about a balance.  

 


Do you have Parking?


When we spent over 13 years at our home on the Medina Square, unfortunately we did not have any designated parking.  We had some wonderful and busy events that brought tons of people to the Square and that again was wonderful, but left very little parking.  Brides and families would be circling around the town to find parking.  With our current location we have our own Stand Alone building and we have our very own parking as well.  We are completely Handicap accessible as well.  

 


Do you need to make an appointment?


We have the most amazing Staff and our Stylists have days of the week and hours they work.  We leave our schedule to be adjusted to our Stylists availability.  Our Stylists have families and some other work they do.  So we do not have set hours and open up what we can.  WE DO have open hours every day of the week.  Just depends if it is booked out or not, or who is working.  In our boutique, we have private Suites.  A room designated to you and your family and friends.  With this being said, to have a Stylist here for you, to have a suite available to you we are by appointment only.  This again allows us to have flexibility with our schedule, but also to make sure we serve your needs to the best experience possible.
